Integrated Management System Policy

Al Daniya Contracting LLC (ADC) is fully committed to the delivery of qualitative infrastructure projects, that exceed stakeholders’ expectations and it is committed to the highest standards of management by developing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS). ADC is committed to continuously improving all relevant processes and procedures to ensure the stipulated standards are met or exceeded.

To Improve the Quality of products, services and to minimize/reduce environmental impacts, the risk associated with the activities concerning our Projects,we will;

Foster innovation across all core and support units by applying Innovation Management System to seamlessly capture and process the organization’s intellectual capital from ideation to implementation.

  • Comply with applicable legal, Contractual, and other requirements in all business strategies and other relevant national/international standards.
  • Establish Objectives to improve the process, Health, Safety and to reduce Environmental Impacts.
  • Commit to consider life cycle perspective to manage waste disposal by reducing, recycling and reusing as applicable.
  • Commit to provide Safe and Healthy work Environmental condition to Prevent accident, injury, illness from work activities.
  • Systematically evaluate and monitor the performance of the External Provider to ensure the Quality of service and encourage Environmental protection, Health and Safety improvement among Employees, and External Providers.
  • Enhance competency of Employees by determining the training needs and raise their skills in pursuant to the Project requirements.
  • Enhance Customer satisfaction and provide timely delivery of the Projects/Service.
  • Encourage and Implement the Effective participation and consultation of employees to improve OH&S system performance.
  • Identify the interested parties’ requirements and address internal, external issues as part of the standardized approach in line with the IMS management system.
  • Implement Risk-based thinking and identify the root cause of non-conformities and subsequently eliminate the same.
  • Commit to the continual improvement of an IMS management system enchasing quality, environmental, Health and Safety Performance.

All staffs are aware of their responsibilities within our management system standards and are committed to its future success. This policy will be available to our external interested parties where appropriate.

Employee Training Policy

Al Daniya Contracting LLC (ADC) recognizes that its employees are the key factor in assisting it to meet its strategic objectives and in providing the skills, expertise and knowledge necessary to fulfillment to its mission. The company is therefore committed to the support of staff development, which is an important part in the Company's effort to achieve its aims. Continuing Staff development may be defined as:any activity which improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the individual,of the operation of the various parts of the organization, and of the company as a whole. Continuing Staff development occurs across a spectrum of activities from the formal and structured to the informal, both within the Company and outside of it:-

The objectives of this Policy are to:

  • Ensure that a systematic framework for the planning, management and recording and evaluation of staff development activities for all staff is in place.
  • Ensure that every employee discusses and agrees their training and Staff development needs with their department manager on an ongoing basis,at least once a year.
  • Enable each employee to have an expectation that they are likely to engage in staff development activities according to their role and needs.
  • Achieve and maintain high standards of quality in its development of staff and to have these standards assessed and acknowledged.
  • Information regarding staff development activity and expenditure must be recorded to enable the Company to engage in
    effective staff developmentplanningandtomeetitsobligation to respond to requests for information from external bodies.
