Safety Policy Statement

Our safety policy is designed to:

  • Prevent accidents and work-related illnesses by systematically identifying, assessing, and managing health and safety risks in the workplace.
  • Provide clear instructions, information, and continuous training to ensure all employees are fully competent and confident in their roles.
  • Engage and consult employees on daily health and safety matters, fostering a participative safety culture.
  • Establish and implement robust emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols in the event of fire or other critical incidents.
  • Maintain safe and healthy working environments through the proper upkeep of plant, equipment, and machinery, and ensure the safe handling and storage of substances.
  • Promote environmentally sustainable practices by reducing water consumption, conserving natural resources, and minimizing waste generation

Implementation & Accountability

  • Our in-house “Safety Manual”, developed by the Safety Department, outlines all essential safety protocols and must be followed by every individual working with or on behalf of ADC.
  • Safety is a shared responsibility — every employee, supervisor, and subcontractor is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Safety Engineers conduct regular “Safety Refresher Seminars” to reinforce safety awareness and update personnel on evolving safety practices.
  • Hazard identification and risk assessments must be prepared, reviewed, and approved before initiating any site activity or task.
  • Attendance in the mandatory “Safety Awareness Course” , conducted by the ADC Safety Department, is required for all company employees.
  • Safety inspections are conducted routinely on all equipment and machinery. No equipment may be put into operation until it has passed inspection and received formal approval.
